Where material changes require affirmative consent or additional notice under applicable law, the Company shall comply with such requirements.

02

Customers may not reproduce MAISONYUTORRI's proprietary textile designs, prints, embroidery patterns, or artwork for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Unauthorized use may result in legal proceedings or other remedies available under applicable intellectual property laws.

04

Product Information, Descriptions, and Availability

MAISONYUTORRI endeavors to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, measurements, material information, and pricing.

However, minor differences may occur between product imagery and physical merchandise due to:

  • Screen calibration and display settings.
  • Photography and lighting conditions.
  • Fabric texture and natural material characteristics.
  • Printing and embroidery techniques.
  • Handcrafted production processes.
  • Minor manufacturing tolerances.
  • Pattern placement and fabric cutting.

Nothing in this section permits materially misleading product descriptions or excludes statutory remedies for defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially misrepresented merchandise.

05

Pricing and Payment

All product prices shall be displayed in the currency indicated on the Website.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other mandatory charges shall be disclosed in accordance with relevant legal requirements before the Customer completes a purchase.

MAISONYUTORRI reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, changes shall not ordinarily affect orders already accepted at a confirmed price.

Payments may be facilitated through authorized third-party payment service providers.

Customers agree to provide accurate and valid payment information and authorize the processing of payment for orders they submit.

The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel transactions involving:

  • Failed payment authorization.
  • Suspected fraud.
  • Unauthorized payment methods.
  • Material pricing errors.
  • Payment disputes requiring verification.
  • Other legitimate legal or operational concerns.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that the Company cannot fulfill, the applicable amount shall be refunded in accordance with relevant law and the Company's refund policy.

06

Order Placement and Acceptance

Submission of an order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the selected merchandise subject to these Terms.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

An order shall be considered accepted when MAISONYUTORRI expressly confirms acceptance or otherwise communicates that the order has entered fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

The Company may reject, suspend, or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Material pricing discrepancies.
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  • Payment authorization failures.
  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Circumstances preventing lawful fulfillment.

Where an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the Company shall inform the Customer and arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

07

Customized, Bespoke, and Made-to-Order Products

MAISONYUTORRI may offer customized, bespoke, personalized, and made-to-order home textile products.

Such merchandise may include:

  • Bespoke placemats.
  • Custom embroidered textiles.
  • Specially printed decorative fabrics.
  • Fabrics cut to specified measurements.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all customization requirements before production begins.

These requirements may include dimensions, fabric selection, design references, colors, embroidery specifications, quantities, and other instructions.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a confirmed customization request shall form the basis of the production specifications.

Customized and made-to-order merchandise is generally not eligible for discretionary cancellation, return, or exchange after production has commenced.

However, this restriction shall not apply to defective products, incorrect fulfillment, material deviations from agreed specifications, or circumstances where mandatory consumer rights require another remedy.

08

Customer-Supplied Artwork and Designs

Where Customers submit artwork, patterns, illustrations, logos, photographs, embroidery references, or other design materials for customization, they represent that they possess the necessary rights or permissions to authorize the intended use of such materials.

Customers shall not knowingly submit materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

The Customer grants MAISONYUTORRI a limited, non-exclusive authorization to use submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to assess, manufacture, fulfill, and support the relevant order, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

Ownership of Customer-supplied original artwork shall remain with the Customer or applicable rights holder.

MAISONYUTORRI reserves the right to refuse customization requests involving unlawful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited material.

Customers may be responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses arising directly from their unlawful submission of third-party intellectual property, subject to applicable law.

09

Pre-Order Products

Certain MAISONYUTORRI merchandise may be available for purchase on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order products are subject to estimated manufacturing, sourcing, and fulfillment schedules.

By placing a pre-order, Customers acknowledge that:

  • The product may not be immediately available for dispatch.
  • Estimated production and delivery timelines may change.
  • Certain merchandise may require specialized printing, embroidery, stitching, or finishing.
  • Production timelines may be affected by raw material availability.
  • Product availability is subject to manufacturing and quality-control requirements.

Pre-order merchandise expressly identified as final sale is generally not eligible for discretionary cancellation, refund, or exchange due solely to a change of mind.

Where cancellation charges apply, they shall be disclosed and administered consistently with applicable law.

If MAISONYUTORRI cannot fulfill a pre-order, it shall inform the Customer and provide an appropriate refund or other legally required remedy.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude statutory remedies in relation to delayed, defective, incorrectly supplied, or unfulfilled orders.

10

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

MAISONYUTORRI uses third-party courier companies, logistics providers, and shipping partners for domestic and international deliveries.

  • Governmental restrictions.
  • Carrier delays.
  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Labor disputes.
  • Force majeure events.
  • Other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage shall pass in accordance with applicable law and agreed delivery terms.

Where required by law, MAISONYUTORRI shall remain responsible for merchandise until delivery to the Customer or an authorized recipient.

For international shipments, Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage charges, and other governmental assessments unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Further terms governing delivery, shipping charges, customs obligations, and failed deliveries are contained in the Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Unwashed.
  • Unaltered.
  • Undamaged.

Refunds for approved discretionary returns shall ordinarily be processed within approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days following approval, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law.

Restocking fees and discretionary return exclusions shall not apply where prohibited by law or where the Customer is entitled to a statutory remedy for defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly delivered merchandise.

The detailed Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy shall govern the applicable procedures.

12

Handcrafted Textiles and Natural Variations

  • Natural material irregularities.
  • Fabric dimensions within disclosed tolerances.

  • Handcrafted decorative elements.

Such minor variations may form part of the unique character of the product and shall not automatically constitute manufacturing defects.

However, material deviations from the product description, substantial manufacturing defects, or failure to meet applicable quality standards remain subject to statutory consumer protections.

13

Product Care and Maintenance

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following the care instructions supplied with MAISONYUTORRI merchandise.

Different textile materials, printing methods, embroidery techniques, and decorative finishes may require specific cleaning, storage, ironing, or maintenance procedures.

Damage caused by improper handling may include:

  • Washing contrary to product care instructions.
  • Use of harsh detergents or bleaching agents.
  • Excessive ironing temperatures.
  • Improper dry cleaning.
  • Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Incorrect storage conditions.
  • Abrasion or excessive friction.
  • Improper handling of embroidery.
  • Staining or damage from ordinary use.
  • Alterations or unauthorized repairs.

MAISONYUTORRI shall not ordinarily be responsible for damage directly resulting from improper use, negligent handling, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.

Nothing in this provision limits the Customer's legal rights in relation to defects, inadequate instructions, or products that do not conform to applicable consumer protection requirements.

Customers agree to notify MAISONYUTORRI promptly upon discovering suspected unauthorized access to their accounts.

The Company may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity.

MAISONYUTORRI may collect, process, store, and disclose Personal Information in connection with customer accounts, transactions, order fulfillment, communications, and other lawful business purposes.

Such activities shall be governed by the MAISONYUTORRI Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude:

  • Mandatory consumer protection rights.
  • Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Statutory remedies for defective products.
  • Other obligations imposed by applicable law.
20

YUTORRI and MAISONYUTORRI are separate consumer-facing brands with distinct product categories.

YUTORRI focuses on clothing and fashion products.

MAISONYUTORRI focuses on luxury home décor, printed fabrics, embroidered table linens, and related home textile products.

The brands may operate under common ownership or share certain administrative, technological, logistical, payment, or customer service infrastructure.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases made under MAISONYUTORRI shall be governed by the policies applicable to MAISONYUTORRI.

The legal entity responsible for transactions shall be identified in the applicable business disclosures, invoices, or order documentation.

Nothing in these Terms creates a separate legal personality for MAISONYUTORRI solely by virtue of its use as a brand name.

23

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory laws applicable to particular transactions.

The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes amicably through written communication with MAISONYUTORRI before initiating formal legal proceedings, without restricting any statutory right to seek immediate relief.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and applicable jurisdictional requirements, courts of competent jurisdiction situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, shall have jurisdiction over contractual disputes arising under these Terms.

Nothing in this provision shall prevent a Customer from approaching a competent Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or another statutory authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

24

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, restrict, or override rights granted to Customers under applicable consumer protection legislation.

For transactions governed by Indian law, relevant legislation may include:

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent legally permissible.

26

No Waiver

Failure or delay by MAISONYUTORRI in exercising any contractual right or remedy shall not automatically constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Any waiver shall be effective only to the extent expressly agreed in writing or otherwise recognized by applicable law.

27

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated by reference and any product-specific conditions accepted during checkout, constitute the agreement governing the relevant Website transaction.

In the event of an inconsistency, mandatory applicable law shall prevail.

Subject to that requirement, specific terms expressly agreed for an individual order shall take precedence over general Website terms to the extent of a direct conflict, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

28
